Dear Gary,
On behalf of my wife Catherine and our children Nicholas, Irene and Caitlin, I would like
to take the time to thank you and your staff for a wonderful week of vacation at the
beautiful Delawana Inn. We visited your fantastic resort last August and the kids are still
talking about it. Our family truly loved every minute of the full week of fun that you and
your staff had ready for us.

My wife and I appreciated the many opportunities for enjoyable time with the kids. Your
beach and pool parties, water sports, boat trips and tours, campfires and great
entertainment kept us coming back for more. Our little secret - Catherine and I even
managed to sneak in some time together thanks to your incredible kids camp program.
The Beausoleil Island Shuttle and bike trip is a must-do for your visitors and is a fond
memory for us. While we were biking, hiking, holding hands and sight seeing on the
island, nine year-old Nicholas was rock climbing at the Adventure Course with the
Fireflies, seven year-old Irene was enthralled with games, crafts, swimming and sports with
the Crickets and little two year-old Caitlin enjoyed lots of attention, care and activity in
your terrific day care facility. We heard all about it over dinner! My wife enjoyed a
morning at your Spa and I think I won the Delawana Open, but truth be known, we lost
track of the score and just shot closest to the pin for the bragging rights. Good fun!

A quick tip for your visitors: If you do feel the need for a little quiet time during your stay,
just go to the pool when one of Gary’s activities are planned at the beach, because
everyone will be at the beach having a riotous good time! You get the pool to yourself!

Your staff is friendly, first class and really could not be more helpful. The location is
beautiful and scenic. The accommodations were roomy, the food plentiful and delicious
and the atmosphere is pure vacation fun. You really have thought of everything. How
you managed to plan that spectacular view of the northern lights for us during our week I
will never know, but we are forever grateful!

I remember you saying, “It never rains at the Delawana!” I suppose if it did, no one would
notice! We are all looking forward to saying, “Howdy, Gary,” again soon. You can count
on seeing us again this summer.
